How to Obtain A Bad Credit Second Mortgage

Sunday 5 September 2010 @ 5:08 am

We all know banks are not loaning money as easily as they use to when a loan is applied for. The fact is they are looking very closely at people’s credit scores to make decisions about who does and does not qualify for a loan. So be aware it’s possible to get a loan with bad credit, but it’s not easy. Here are some possible ways of getting a bad credit second mortgage loan. When gathering info I read lenen met bkr.

If your credit is not excellent, and you would like to improve it, a second mortgage gives you the option to consolidate your credit card debts and other payments you might have into a single loan, with a single payment each month, and you won’t have to refinance your original mortgage. Be aware the amount a lender can give on a second mortgage will not usually exceed the amount of equity you might have in your home.

Contrary to home equity credit lines, the second mortgage is a loan you get only once, and it has a regulated payment amount you need to make monthly. You can use the same lender as the original mortgage to get the second, or opt to try a different one. The ease of obtaining money and the amount of money that is available is contingent upon the amount of equity the owner has in the home along with their credit score.

The majority of bad credit mortgage lenders investigate the most recent few years of someone’s credit report to determine whether or not they will work with them. The two most vital factors that determine who can obtain a bad credit second mortgage are whether they make payments on time, and the income to debt ratio.

The other serious factor taken into consideration will be how you intend to use the money if the loan ends up being approved. Paying off higher interest debts and consolidating your position to make payments easier to handle is more likely to get approval for a bed credit loan than other projects or plans.

Remember when you are applying for a bad credit second mortgage, it’s important to have the necessary information for a loan officer in your hand when you walk in his office. A copy of your credit report, along with any discrepancies noted and how you plan to alleviate them (in writing) is a good idea. If there are no errors, a statement of how you are working to make improvements to your credit score should accompany the loan application.

It’s best to be honest with your loan officer about your current circumstance and problems with debt. Including all of your income in the figures to calculate your debt to income ratio is also important. The bank does not want to loan money that will not be repaid, forcing them to foreclose. Therefore, it is important to show exactly why the money is needed and how it will be used.

Bad credit second mortgages are not easy to obtain, but they can be the best option for improving one’s credit score in these trying times. Combining several high interest rate debts into a single lower interest rate loan without refinancing your original mortgage can help to improve these scores quickly and legally.

Some Tips For Those Who Never Want To Retire

Saturday 4 September 2010 @ 4:45 am

Retiring is not something everyone looks forward to. Your reason might simply be that you do not have sufficient money to retire. You might be afraid of the boredom and isolation that retirement might bring. Your office buddies might visit a few times, but then suddenly the house will grow eerily quiet. When you wake up in the morning there will be nothing to look forward to.

There is something you can do to solve both the financial problems and the fulfillment problems that retirement could bring. Start writing a blog. When you reach retirement age you have a lifetime of experience behind you. Work experience. Experience in interacting with other people. Perhaps you have traveled a lot. Many people would love to hear from you and share their own experiences with you.

Certainly you can also make money blogging. How much would depend on how well you can write and how much time you have available to put into blogging. To monetize your blog, there are two main options: Display advertisements on the pages and get paid every time a visitor clicks on an ad, or display banner ads on the pages and get a commission every time someone buys a product or service from that company. A good example of the first one is Google Adsense and of the second Amazon.

This is a good way to earn money to supplement your retiring income. If you can write very well and amuse or entertain a lot of people, it could eventually develop into a full-time job providing a full-time income - if that is what you want.

Writing a blog offers more rewards than just money though. When you write something on your blog you are sharing a little bit of yourself. Other people will read it and often comment on what you said. This way a conversation could start that can go on for days or weeks. Many people might relate to you because they had similar experiences. Others might disagree with you, causing a serious online debate. You are bound to make many new friends - some of them just around the corner and others in countries which you first have to look up on the map.

Something else to keep in mind is that you will be able to do this as long as your eyesight is good enough. There are many eighty year old bloggers. While many other things in life will gradually fade away, while old friends will die or no longer be able to visit, your new online friends will still be there to exchange ideas with.

You also do not need to be in a great physical condition to do this. Being in a wheelchair should not prevent you from becoming a blogger. Neither should rheumatism or arthritis. With the latest technological advances you can now dictate a blog through your voice recognition software and the computer will type the blog as you speak. This way your voice can be heard long after your hands have become gnarled and knotted and no longer fit for typing.

Egypt No Effected by European Debt Crisis as $5.58 billion Tourism Revenue Recorded for First Half 2010

Friday 3 September 2010 @ 5:02 am

Egypt may indeed border the Mediterranean Sea, Ministers are still confident that the debt problems which has affected other nearby European tourism destinations such as Greece has not negatively effected the Egyptian economy.

Speaking to Reuters, Egypt’s Tourism Minister, Zoheir Garrana, revealed that tourism revenues increased by 17.6% to $5.58 billion in the first half of 2010 with the aim of reaching £13 billion by fiscal year end.

Commenting on these latest figures, Steven Worboys, MD of the Egypt property experts Experience International, stated …

“The previous year12 months/sdpin have indeed been a more difficult time for Europe. The impact of the global recession has had a negative impact in a lot of countries including Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece whose economies rely heavily on tourism revenues.

“Holidaymakers are now seeking the best deals available, often looking further away than usual to non euro zone countries such as Egypt where can get more for their money. It’s certainly encouraging to see that tourism is increasing in that the sector is contributing 11% of GDP equivalent to 1 in every 8 jobs according to Ministry figures.”

Visitor arrivals to Egypt continue to grow with in excess of 7 million visitorstourists/spin to date in 2010 and 15 millions expected in total by December. The majority of visitors come from Britain, Italy, Russia, France and germany with the Russia showing a 95% increase in the first 3 months of 2010.

Such sustained growth is fuelling further demand for gppd property in the tourism hotspots across Egypt. Rich in history, culture and natural wonders, Egypt affords an excellent range of attractions with the Red Sea coast in particular remaining popular with individuals, couples and families alike.

So it’s simple to see why Egypt property in Egypt is such a good investment returningdelivering/spin great financial returns in terms of capital appreciation and rental revenue.

Silver and Gold Market Commentary 8-18-10

Thursday 2 September 2010 @ 3:55 am

Gold Market Recap for 8-18-10

After a two sided morning trade, the October gold contract returned to new high for the move and seemingly settled in above the $1,225 level. It almost seems as if a recovery in the stock market provided the gold market with its lift, but that action would seem to suggest the flight to quality angle in gold was no longer in vogue. With the US stock market showing some strength off some cyclical type stocks, it is also possible that some of the deflationary mentality from earlier in the session was tempered, and that might have allowed gold and other physical commodity markets to regain some footing.

8-18-10 - Silver Market Recap Report

The silver market forged a rather wide trading range today, with most of the trade taking place below the $18.50 level. While the gold market managed to shake off early weakness, the silver market was apparently content to diverge with the gold market for most of the trading session. Even a mid day recovery in the equity markets didn’t seem to provide the silver market with much in the way of a lift. Perhaps the two sided trade in the US Dollar today left the silver trade confused.

After reading the gold and silver recap, traders might want to take a peek at the commercial traders momentum. The Commercial Trader momentum can be tracked by using the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Commitment of Traders reports. Our idea is that, in a value driven commodity futures market no one knows fair value like the people who produce it or, have to use it. In fact, it is precisely their sense of value that provides the commodity market’s rhythmic meanderings that swing traders love so much. Let’s face it, producers know when their product is overvalue and it should be sold just as well as end line users know when they should be stocking up at low prices. Therefore, trader should be able to incorporate this valuable information into their future market education.
